After only 3 days of use we noticed a burnt pixel. We found out that Haier will not cover repair if only one pixel is burnt. So we have to live with it,,,

This 19 inch Haier is our first HD and purchased for a small room. Sound and picture (even non-HD) are very good. Good contrast when viewing at eye level or lower but picture was too light when TV was originally placed on a high shelf. The analog (non-HD) picture is smaller and does not fill the already small screen, cutting off some 1.5 inches on each side and resulting in a 16 inch diagonal viewing area. If I had known this before purchase, I might have gone for 21 inch.
